Consultation
In order to provide you the best experience possible, we have a consultation to ensure you will get the custom product you are wanting. You will be informed of possible timelines and any inexperience in the requested project. You will be required to pay a deposit fee of $50 which will be refunded if you are unsatisfied. Costs are variable for each custom project and will be determined after the consult.
Design
The initial design phase takes a while and will have many approval requests from me to you on art, colour, etc. An attempt at a digital mock-up will be provided before the build begins.
Build
Throughout the creations process, I will keep you informed of progress and will double-check any colour requests or approval before continuing.
Finished
When the project is finished you will be provided with either an in-person approval or photo approval. Once approved the balance will be paid by cash, etransfer, or credit card.
